IN-PERSON WORSHIP

Consider joining us in person for worship any Sunday at our sanctuary located at 925 W. Jefferson St. Please see the note below about parking.

About worship, Bible study, and Sunday School

Sunday worship at University Lutheran is “low church liturgical”.  We worship using the historic liturgy of the church, but we make sure that this liturgy is just as tied to our present day as it is to the ancient church.

Holy Communion is celebrated at every Sunday gathering of University Lutheran.  If you are unsure about our beliefs about this sacred meal, please do contact us or talk to someone when you arrive on Sunday.

Two Bible studies occur Sunday mornings at University Lutheran. One is specifically for students and the other is an intergenerational Bible study for all people.

Sunday School meets on Sunday mornings during the school year.

A note about parking

University Lutheran’s parking lot is behind our church building structure which is accessible from W. Pensacola St. and is directly across the street from the Stadium Garnet & Gold store (1001 W. Pensacola).  On Sundays, you are free to park in the FSU parking structure located behind the Garnet and Gold store. You may also park in the lots for A Women’s Pregnancy Center and the Tallahassee Islamic Center.

Bible Study & Sunday School

Bible study occurs from 9:30am to 10:30am every Sunday. During the school year, we have two Bible studies: one for students in the main sanctuary area and one for everyone in the church library area. The “for everyone” Bible study is conducted as a hybrid event which you may attend via Zoom video conferencing or in-person.

Sunday school is available during the school year for children.
